4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
All payment terms and pricing for services, programs, and digital products are outlined on respective sales pages or during enrollment. By purchasing, you agree to those terms.
We do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Please consider your purchase carefully and reach out with questions prior to committing.
5. Chargebacks & Dispute Process
By purchasing any service or product, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve concerns with us directly.
Any billing or refund-related inquiries can be sent to hello@ashleighchenry.com. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in revoked access to our services.
6. Third-Party Tools & Links

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally through written communication. If unresolved after 30 days, any disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Buncombe County, North Carolina. under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
14. Severability
If any provision in these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force. The invalid section will be limited only to the extent necessary.
15. Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to change or remove portions of this Site or these Terms at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.
