You’ve seen success.

You’ve carried it all.

Now you’re ready to
live fully awake.

And you’re no longer interested in trading your inner peace for external performance.

That's where I was, too.

You’ve seen success.

You’ve carried it all.

Now you’re ready to live fully awake.

And you’re no longer interested in trading your
inner peace for external performance.

That's where I was, too.

I’m Ashleigh C. Henry —

Speaker, Writer, life coach, and guide for women who are done performing wholeness and are ready to actually live it.

I’ve spent the last six years helping high-achieving women lead businesses, build legacies, and navigate seasons of identity, leadership, business and life expansion.

But my work didn’t start there.

Who I am

I’ve been leading and working since I was 15 — hospitality, boutique retail, and pre-sales for iconic brands like Harley-Davidson. Those early years taught me how to read people in high-end spaces, serve with intention, and create something worth returning to.

That foundation carried into my time at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where I honed my ability to hold space for complexity, nuance, and real human stakes.

From there, I moved into agency, consulting and advisory work for 6- and 7-figure founders across industries.

Long before I officially wore the title, business development, marketing, and sales were often folded into my roles — woven through every position I held — each one preparing me for this moment in my work.

Long Before Now

I didn’t just pivot. I integrated.

Paired with my degree in communications, that foundation allowed me to serve a wide range of clients with clarity and integrity — from changemakers to creative agencies and wellness brands to global thought leaders shaping the culture.

And through it all, I stayed anchored to what’s always mattered most:

Getting the right eyes on the right mission to shift society forward in a positive way.

Whether through philanthropy, advocacy, or personal investment — I’ve spent my life using my voice, resources, and leadership to help shift what feels impossible into what’s actually possible.

Staying Anchored

Not all turning points are loud. Some begin with a whisper, a breath, a reorientation.

Not all turning points are loud.
Some begin with a whisper, a breath,
a reorientation.

My Turning Point

I had to navigate my own sacred reorientation...

After the sudden loss of my brother-in-law, I found myself deep in grief — not just personal, but existential.

The kind of loss that rearranges the architecture of your life.

I halted my life to re-evaluate and re-negotiate with how I desired to experience my life, with whom, doing what.

In the months that followed, business partnerships shifted, identities unraveled, and the definitions of success I’d once clung to no longer fit.

All of this occurred at the tip top of my career... when it would have been much simpler to continue life as it was.

Multi-six figures rolling in, a steady team, PR opportunities left and right, a bustling client roster, and yet...

What began as a career rooted in ambition became a calling anchored in return.

In a time where it was easy to "burn it all down"... I reoriented.

This is the work I hold now. If it’s time for your return... I'd be honored to work with you.

THRILLED!

WE COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW AMAZING THE IMAGES ARE. WE ARE GOING TO HANG THEM ON THE WALL.

I no longer build from urgency, performance, or strategy alone.

I coach through lived pace, emotional clarity, and the body’s truth.

My work today blends everything I once compartmentalized —consulting logic, communication expertise, intuitive listening, and nervous system care. With 15 years of my own active healing through a variety of modalities, I've crafted supportive spaces that I needed on the other side of therapy.

My work is not a replacement for therapy, simply a nurturing addition that provides what I needed more than talk therapy in the midst of my hardest times: nervous system support, body-based techniques to move emotions through my body, rhythmic living, narrative reclamation to craft a new story I could live by, anchored beliefs, and community to do it alongside.

It’s the work of returning women to themselves, not through escape, but through integration.

What began as external advisory became internal reorientation —
and now, that’s the offering.

That season rewired how I work, how I support, and how I guide.

That season rewired how
I work, how I support,
and how I guide.

We don’t always need to push beyond ourselves.

We need to return to what’s already within us.

We solely need the deepest version of ourselves to come to the forefront.

That’s the heart of my work today.

Not just for high-performing women. But for the whole woman.

The one behind the titles, behind the brand, behind the performance. The one ready to live in full color, even after seasons of grayscale.

We don’t need reinvention. We need reorientation.

What I Know to Be True

We don’t always need to become better.

We don’t always need to become better.

The Unpolished Truth

I’ve built the dream.

Lost my way.

Felt the hollow victory of hitting goals
that no longer fit.

And I’ve found my way back — again and again.

I know the terrain of return.

And I’d be honored to hold space for yours.

If something in you stirred as you read this —
you’re not alone, and you’re not too late and you’ll still be able to keep your ambition, just with a returned pace.

bEGIN THE WORK

I work with clients inside private coaching and my group program.

Whether we’re walking through identity reclamation, grief integration, or nervous system re-patterning, the goal remains the same:

To build a life you can actually inhabit.

I hold space for well-accomplished women through life coaching who are:
  • Over-functioning on the outside but craving something quieter on the inside
  • Ready to stop proving their worth and start inhabiting their life
  • Longing for depth, sovereignty, and emotional steadiness beyond business
  • Interested in returning to their inner voice, pausing the external validation

My coaching is grounded in two core frameworks:
Sacred Reorientation™, and Holistic Harmony in Life and Business®.

These approaches help women reclaim their pace, their body, and their presence—without burning it all down to begin again.
Ready to step into a more inhabitable life?

I come from a long line of women who knew how to create warmth — at the table, in the body, in the room.

Even before I had language for it, I knew that care and leadership weren’t opposites.

That intuition wasn’t soft. It was sovereign.

My ancestors have long lived in and around Appalachian roots.

Women from Appalachia have known how to create a sacred way of life in the ordinary and mundane, through shared meals and rituals — creating steadiness in times of difficulty.

They’ve known how to listen to their intuition and ancestral knowing, long before it was trendy and somewhat commercialized. They knew how to listen well, with depth and gentleness, before shaking the room with their own grounded words. They understood that story was inheritance: through writing, presence, oral retellings, and even their own hospitality.

I later discovered that my ancestral ties include regions like Georgia, West Virginia, and Boston, and that my inclination toward community care, herbalism, sacred living, and nonlinear leadership had deep cultural roots I hadn’t always named — but had always embodied.

In my blood, I knew that the pace of modern life was a beautiful thing, and a detriment all in one breath, without the sacred rhythms that existed in days of the past.

I live in rhythm with the seasons, the moon, and music playing in the background in our Appalachian home, just near the Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, North Carolina.

After experiencing a chronic condition in my late high school years, I learned to turn to the earth as mental and emotional medicine while working with a variety of ways to heal (from western to eastern).

From grounding and creating space to just be outside to recalibrate, to living in the blue sparkly waters of Florida to cool down on hot summer days, to having a healing team of folks that regularly guided me back to faith and myself, I've combined modalities to create my own healing compass to return to again and again.

My husband, Chris, and I moved to Asheville, North Carolina after living in Florida for most of our lives —  craving a slower pace, a healthy and conscious community, weekends outdoors chasing waterfalls, and long walks with our one-eyed dog, Ripkin.

I enjoy a life full of delicious experiences every week by following a method I call Weekly Harmonies.

Beyond the Work

Building a weekly plan based on three words I’m inhabiting that week, scribbling out the activities in the week I’m looking forward to, adding the tasks that have to get done into the plan, and building a playlist, Pinterest board, and mood board based off of my desires… usually while sipping a half caff half sweet vanilla latte with French Cafè music in my ears.

I drink my coffee hot and will almost always grab *the* seasonal drink from a third-wave coffee shop, a half-caff Americano, or a half sweet half caff vanilla latte.

I believe in the sacred potential of a well-made to-do list and a nap on the same day.

I’ll never say no to a walk and talk and I do enjoy taking a seat at the bar with my love, talking with strangers as we all sip something delectable. I speak with reverence and nuance; knowing that we all paint the words and experiences we have through our internal perspectives.

My life is built with intention — weekly rhythms, sacred pacing, and joyful structure even when life is challenging, aching, or busy and full. If you’re craving a similar way of living, I'm here to support you.
